Gelato has 4-8% butterfat compared to American ice cream which typically has 12%-18%. That's 140-180 calories per serving when compared to the 230-280 calories per serving of most American ice creams! Because Gelato has such a decadent mouthfeel and fuller flavor, most people don't realize that it's actually better for you than American ice creams!

Artisan Sorbetto... All of our sorbetto flavors are dairy-free, fat-free and made with natural fruit ingredients. For those craving something light and zesty without the added fat and dairy, our delicate sorbettos are sure to keep you light on your feet. It's vegan-friendly, and great for those who are lactose intolerant!

Our sorbetto contains only 120-160 calories per serving and has less than 1 gram of fat. Not surprisingly, in Italy, sorbetto is often eaten as a meal!
